Публикация открывает доступ к конспекту курса лекций, посвященных инвестиционному анализу в строительстве. Лекции читались автором в Санкт-Петербургских государственных архитектурно-строительном и политехническом университетах на очных отделениях, в системах повышения квалификации и профессиональной переподготовки. Содержание курса представлено в таблице 1.

Конспект позволяют изучить основные элементы современной теории инвестирования в реальные активы и приобрести практические навыки по анализу, оценке и отбору строительных проектов для финансирования и реализации.
Курс построен по модульной системе. Всего имеется 5 модулей, в каждом из которых по четыре темы.
