Печатание домов на принтерах – идея не новая. Эта концепция превращается в конце второго десятилетия ХХI века в материальную силу, овладевая массами архитекторов и строителей. Продвижение этой технологии сопровождается неожиданными вариантами ее применения.
Мусорные дома
Специалисты из Китайской компании Winsun предлагают печатать полноформатные дома с помощью технологий 3D-печати из строительного мусора и промышленных отходов.
Для этого потребуется производство, которое перерабатывает отходы в расходный материал, и циклопический принтер. Размеры первого варианта такого устройства, о котором есть информация, 150 х 10 х 6 м.
Принтер печатает ограждающие элементы. Перегородки устанавливают на следующем этапе без его использования.
Производительность такого устройства 10 зданий в сутки. Средняя скорость печати – 2,4 здания в час. Себестоимость печати одного дома — $5000.
Такой метод возведения домов решает проблемы быстрого создания дешевого жилья и улучшения экологии.
Планы по созданию в Китае сотен производств по переработке строительных и промышленных отходов в необходимую для принтера «пасту», уже озвучены.
Принтер Contour Crafting
Сведения о 3D-печати зданий доходят к нам и из Калифорнии. Специалисты университета этого штата информируют строительное сообщество о принтере Contour Crafting, который, по их словам, может создавать дома в течение 20 часов. Печатаются все основные элементы дома: несущие конструкции, перегородки, крыша. Послойная печать коробки позволяет одновременно с печатью слоев прокладывать внутренние электрические сети и водопроводные трубы.
Калифорнийский дом, правда, печатается не из мусора.
Здания из биопластика
Голландская Dus Architects развивает проект печати биопластиковых домов из материала, созданного немецкой компанией Henkel – мирового лидера химической промышленности. Биопластик, производимый компанией, — смесь растительного масла и микрофибры.
Микрофибра известна как материал для текстильного и мебельного производства. Усилиями двух названных компаний она становится материалом для строительства.
3D-принтер KarmaMaker печатает стены. Они соединяются как детали конструктора Lego. Перепланировка возможна простой заменой деталей.
Фундаменты зданий изготавливают из легких бетонов.
Отпечатанное здание состоит из 13 комнат.
Здание, необходимость в котором отпала, переплавят для печати нового.
